Repro green is an organization with the mission to reach out to the people in the Fareast through: Teaching creative farming techniques for very limited resourced areas, Feeding the children by providing basic food supply and medication, and Connecting with the people to touch the hearts through sharing cultures and arts rooted in the common heritage they share in the region. Areas of Fareast is where many Korean Diasporas settled under Japanese control many years ago and where harships are experienced daily with food shortage, lack of infrastructure and knowledge. Areas of need are located on the border lines of Russia, China and North Korea.
Repro Green은 극동지역에서 도움을 필요로 하는 곳에 손길을 제공하는 목적을 가지고 자원이 제한된 지역에서는 창의적인 농업기술을 제공하고, 필요한 아이들에게 기초적 영양제 및 의약품을 제공하며, 또한 문화와 예술의 나눔의 장을 통하여 공감대 형성을 통한 서로의 마음이 통하는 교류의 장을 만들고자 하는 일을 목적으로 하고 있습니다.
일제 강점기때부터 많은 한국인들이 정착했던 이 지역은 인프라의 부족과 농업지식 결여로 당시에 많은 어려움, 특히 식량자급의 어려움을 겪었던 지역입니다.
우리의 관심을 필요로 하는 이 지역은, 러시아, 중국, 북한의 경계에 위치하고 있습니다.
